INSTRUCTORS
All of the instructors at Hard Tactics are special operations personnel with no less than twenty years of experience. Each has been thoroughly investigated as to their credentials, training, performance, and reputation. Our instructors usually work in two-man pairs. Within each pair we typically team a military operator with a law enforcement operator. We know of no other company who hires and employs operators in this fashion and with these kinds of credentials. Our instructors who come from the military are drawn primarily from the Army’s Special Forces, but may also include SEALS, Rangers, and Air Force Para-rescue Jumpers (PJs). The instructors who come from law enforcement, likewise, come exclusively from special operations teams within the police community. The beauty of this kind of instructional experience is that our client teams rapidly identify and gel with our instructional staff and the learning/training experience becomes mutual and supporting.
Anyone who has ever been on a special operations team will testify that the special operator cannot be mass-produced. It is experience that saves lives. It is experience that understands the necessity of Hard work, constant drill, and training. It is experience that knows how important Hard-hitting Tactics are, and how important it is to know when and how to use them. At Hard Tactics you will not find anyone who merely has certifications. CONSULTANTS
One of Hard Tactics’ specialties is providing training consultants to small SRT or SWAT teams. Small departments are faced with the dilemma of pulling officers out of service to conduct training or curtailing training. Hard Tactics has the most cost effective answer for these departments. Let us assist you in your training assessments, training plans, and we can also provide trainers which will keep more of your officers in the field, where they need to be. We can help by:
- Developing training criteria in accordance with your requirements
- Providing assistance in the formation of critical task review boards
- Assisting your training staff with critical task management, content standards, and viable methods of delivery
- Providing subject matter expertise in post-training assessments
